Minimum Charge/Diagnostic Fee
The minimum charge includes the first hours work and diagnostic fee. If the customer decides they do not wish to have the work carried out, the minimum charge is still to be paid.
No Fix, No Fee
In the unlikely event we can't fix your problem, you won't pay us a penny.
No callout charges
We don't charge for visiting you or taking your PC back to our workshop.
Next day return
The longer it takes for us to complete our work, the more downtime it creates for you. If you're a business downtime effects productivity. Either way it is important for us to complete our work as soon as possible to reduce any downtime and costs to you. Therefore we aim to return any PC we take with us the next day.
30 day guarantee
All work completed by us is covered by a 30 day guarantee.
7 days a week
We work 7 days a week to ensure we can visit you at a time that suits you.
Same day service
We offer a same day service where if possible we return your PC the same day. To ensure this is possible, there will be an extra £10 per hour charge.
Business charges
Businesses have special requirements; therefore our business rates are slightly different to normal. We offer support contracts or ad-hoc hourly rates. Our business customers benefit from priority callouts and out of office hours. For more information please contact us.
